Our Practice Administrator
Dee Kennedy accepted the role of Practice Administrator for Internal Medicine Specialists in late 2013, but she has been instrumental in the success of the practice long before that date.
Mrs. Kennedy formerly served as the Operations Manager for a medical billing company. Her talent and tenacity catalyzed her transition from billing company management to managing a thriving medical practice. Kennedy's vision is to make Internal Medicine Specialists better prepared to serve patients by embracing technology and putting the patient first.
Growing up in California, Kennedy moved to Nevada in the late 70s. Her first job was in the emergency department of St. Mary's Hospital in Reno and it was during this time that she fell in love with medicine.
In her free time, Dee is not only a devoted wife and mother but grandmother. She and her husband enjoy traveling, fine dining, a good vodka martini, and visiting their beloved grandchildren.
